HVCB and its Island Chapters offer a variety of Leisure, Travel Trade, and MCI advertising opportunities throughout the course of the year. Below is a list of programs currently available.

2024 Hawaiʻi Statewide Official Visitors’ Guide
The Hawai‘i Statewide Official Visitors’ Guide in digital format includes island-specific sections for Kaua‘i, O‘ahu, Maui/Moloka‘i/Lāna‘i, and the island of Hawai‘i, as well as content highlighting Hawaiian Culture and the importance of mālama and kuleana cultural values perpetuated throughout Hawai‘i.
Distribution will be focused on qualified digital delivery, heavily leveraging HVCB first-party data and proprietary-owned channels for targeted audience delivery.

2024 Meeting Planner Guide
The Official Hawai‘i Meeting Planner Guide (MPG) is an essential resource for planning a successful event in the Hawaiian Islands. Designed to be intuitive and easy to navigate, this interactive, digital guide helps planners get to know our islands from any device, complete with direct links to resources and tools. The MPG helps planners and buyers design successful events, meetings and conventions in Hawai‘i — ultimately creating productive, authentic experiences for attendees.
Distribution will be focused on qualified digital delivery, heavily leveraging HVCB proprietary data for targeted audience delivery. Qualified distribution will include:
- MCI Database
- Qualified audience: 42,000 total impressions
- Digital delivery to: +6,000 qualified planners from Meet Hawai‘i's proprietary database (4,000 U.S. and 2,000 International).
Reaches vetted meeting planners and buyers who share information with an average of 6 additional executive decision-makers when sourcing and/or selecting a destination for group meeting and incentive programs:- The database represents established planners, buyers and organizations with consistent sourcing of Hawai‘i business. Many planners are of a senior level and have booked Hawai‘i previously within the past 5 years and/or who are solid prospects for converting business to Hawai‘i.

Hawaiʻi's Official Visitor Guidebooks
Hawaiʻi-based Pacific Media Group has partnered with the Hawaiʻi Visitors & Convention Bureau to launch an in-destination suite of island-specific Official Visitor Guidebooks free-of-charge to Hawai‘i visitors.
The Official Visitor Guidebooks will share kuleana messaging about how to engage, be a respectful visitor and gain a more enriching experience while in Hawai‘i. The Guidebooks will provide vetted and appropriate visitor experiences, mindful and regenerative travel information, destination management messaging and more with both print and digital distribution.
Islands of Aloha Express (IOAX)
The Islands of Aloha Express (IOAX) is a monthly e-mail newsletter sent to nearly 200,000 opt-in leisure consumers each month.
The e-newsletter is filled with things to do and see when visiting all of the islands, usually within a set theme for the month. Subscribers are gained via prominent real estate throughout the gohawaii.com site, and cooperative marketing campaigns.
E-xpressly for Travel Professionals (EXTP)
The E-xpressly for Travel Professionals (EXTP) e-newsletter is sent monthly to an average of nearly 70,000 travel professionals in the U.S., including our 14,000+ Hawaiʻi Destination Specialist certified travel pros.
The goal of this monthly e-newsletter is to educate travel sellers and other travel professionals in the United States of current Hawaiʻi promotions, specials, and travel trends, and to improve their knowledge of and sales to the Hawaiian Islands.
Our broadcasts reach agency owners and managers, franchise agencies, front line agents, and the home-based travel agent sector.

HVCB has launched a program geared exclusively toward kamaʻāina, offering Hawaii residents exclusive specials on accommodations, activities, attractions, shopping, dining and more throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
