Update Your Amenities & Meeting Facility Information
Keeping your Extranet information up to date ensures your business is accurately represented across both GoHawaii.com and MeetHawaii.com platforms.
Amenities entered in the Extranet (including General, Accommodations, and Golf) are used to display features on your GoHawaii.com listing, helping visitors quickly understand what your business offers.
For convention level members with meeting or event space, the Meeting Facility Information section is used separately to populate your listing on the Meet Hawaiʻi Meeting & Event Venues page. This includes details such as room counts, meeting space, capacities, and on-site features that planners rely on when evaluating venues.
The sections below will guide you through how to update both your amenities and your meeting facility information, so your listings remain accurate, complete, and useful to both visitors and meeting planners.
How to Access Extranet

The easy to remember shortcut to Extranet is https://hvcb.org/update. That will forward you to the login page that you can bookmark for future use.
If you ever forget your Extranet password, there’s a link on the login page to reset it. Each contact on your account can have their own separate login information, so there’s no need to share emails or passwords. Reach out to us if you need to have another contact added to your account and their Extranet access set up.

Updating Your Information
Once you have logged in, look for the Profile item in the left-side menu, and then choose Accounts.

Next, look for the downward-facing carat next to your company name. You'll see Manage Amenities and possibly Manage Meeting Facilities.

For the General amenities area, enter "Yes" for the types of credit cards you accept.

Accommodations and golf members will see an area for amenities that pertain to those categories. This example shows the accommodation fields.

When you have updated your information, click Save.

The process for updating Meeting Facilities is the similar, but click Edit to begin.

Click Save when finished.
