Adding Your Social Media Links via Extranet
You're welcome and encouraged to add your social media links to your account. Links can be added for:
- X (Twitter)
- Yelp
- TripAdvisor
You can add your social media links by logging in to Extranet.
Before getting started, you will want to gather the URLs. You will need to add the entire URL for your social media presences.
E.g. https://www.instagram.com/hvcb instead of @hvcb.
How to Access Extranet
The easy to remember shortcut to Extranet is https://hvcb.org/update. That will forward you to the login page that you can bookmark for future use.
If you ever forget your Extranet password, there’s a link on the login page to reset it. Each contact on your account can have their own separate login information, so there’s no need to share emails or passwords. Reach out to us if you need to have another contact added to your account and their Extranet access set up.

Adding Social Media Links
Once you have logged in, look for the Profile item in the left-side menu, and then choose Accounts.
The click the pencil icon next to the account that you want to add the social media links for.
Scroll down to the Social Media area and enter the URLs for your accounts. Please add the entire URL for your social media presences.
E.g. https://www.instagram.com/hvcb instead of @hvcb.
Finally, save your changes, and you're done.
When updating social media links, your edits will need to be approved by one of our Membership staff. Once approved, your changes should appear on GoHawaii.com within a few hours.
