Breaking Par Destinations Maui Shoot: Nov 1 – 7, 2025 

  • MVCB, through grant support from the County of Maui Office of Economic Development, is partnering with Breaking Par—the Emmy-nominated golf lifestyle series—to produce a brand-new episode of its acclaimed Breaking Par Destinations program. Known for its cinematic visuals and story-driven approach, the series has cultivated a national audience of passionate golfers, travelers, and adventure-seekers. The Maui episode will showcase the island’s natural beauty, world-class golf, farm and culinary experiences, and our exceptional resort partners. Filming will take place the first week of November, with the episode scheduled to air in December 2025/January 2026. Mahalo to all our partners for their kōkua, participation, and enthusiasm in bringing this exciting project to life! 

 

Wedding Merchant Business Academy (MBA) Conference, Las Vegas, NV: Nov 11 – 13, 2025  

  • To elevate awareness of Maui as a culturally rich, meaningful, and romantic destination for weddings and honeymoons, MVCB is partnering with White Orchid Wedding to participate in the upcoming Wedding MBA Conference in Las Vegas this November. In addition, MVCB will be represented on HoneyFund’s panel discussion, “From Passport to Profit,” sharing insights on destination trends, cultural storytelling, and the importance of supporting local. Our presence at this leading global conference helps ensure Maui remains top of mind for engaged couples and honeymoon travelers planning their once-in-a-lifetime celebrations. This initiative is made possible through grant support from the County of Maui Office of Economic Development.

Leisure:

MVCB will be participating in key travel trade events this November and December. Here’s where we’ll be connecting with advisors and partners: 

  • November 10–12: We’re heading to Las Vegas for the Signature Travel Network Annual Conference with HVCB and our Island VB partners. If you have fresh updates to share with travel advisors, please send them to Brent Lausterer by November 7 at blausterer@hvcb.org
  • December 1–4: HVCB is currently buttoning up plans for an upcoming Travel Advisor FAM on Maui. We’ll be sharing more details soon as the team reaches out to MVCB partners for support in the coming days. 
  • December 1–5: Next up, we’ll be on the road for the Aloha Canada sales mission with stops in Montreal, Toronto, Edmonton, and Vancouver. If there’s news you’d like us to pass along at these trainings and networking events, we’d love to include it.
