Empowering Hawaiʻi’s Future of Tourism

HVCB is excited to introduce Industry NEXT, a network for exploration, exchange, and transformation. A new member benefit designed to bring together young professionals, earlier in their careers, generally under the age of 40, across Hawai‘i’s visitor industry. This network will create intentional space for conversation, connection, and relationship-building, fostering long-term engagement within our membership.

This initiative will be led by HVCB’s Manager of Membership Communication and Events, Eric Mok, with Noah Loughlin, Area Group Sales Manager at OUTRIGGER Resorts and Hotels, serving as its inaugural Chairperson.

Recognizing the important role these professionals play in sustaining and evolving our industry, we invite your support in building a strong network by registering your team members who would benefit from participating in our launch event. Additional details are provided below.

We recognize the use of linguistic markings of the (modern) Hawaiian language including the ‘okina [‘] or glottal stop and the kahakō [ō] or macron (e.g., in place names of Hawai‘i such as Lāna‘i). We acknowledge that individual businesses listed on this site may not use the ‘okina or kahakō, but we recognize the importance of using these markings to preserve the indigenous language and culture of Hawai‘i and use them in all other forms of communications.
