FAQ

1. What is the MemberNet?

A summary overview of the functionality of the new MemberNet is available here.


2. How and when will I receive my login and password?


You will receive a login and password allowing you to access the MemberNet once it goes live in mid January. During this time you will be able to

  • View member web listings
  • Farmiliarize yourself with MemberNet (add membernet link)
  • Ask any questions before the Go Live date, at membership@hvcb.org

Changes made will not apply to your account until the site goes live, however, getting comfortable with the new system as early as possible will assist in making a smooth, successful transition to the MemberNet.  On-Island training session will also be held after the Go Live date in mid-January.

3. Will I have to complete the training before I receive my login and password?


No. It is strongly recommended that you attend an island onsite training session, so that when the site goes live in January you are already familiar with the new system. After the Go Live date, any member still requiring training will be provided with an on-demand viewing option of the  training presentation. All member who can not attend will be given their login/ password once the site goes live.
