Submit Your Member to Member Coupon

In addition to the new searchable Member Directory available in MemberNet, we’re also pleased to announce another way for you to interact with other members, the ability to post or view member coupons or special offers.

The Member Coupons module within MemberNet will display special offers submitted specifically to be displayed to other members, and will be searchable by keyword or category. Again, another great way to increase exposure for your company on a B2B level.

To submit a Member Coupon:

1. Follow this link and complete the form.
2. Provide the offer title and description, any offer codes or restrictions, and the dates the offer is valid. Offers will be added to the online system within two to three days of submission.

Searchable HVCB Member Directory Live in MemberNet

We are excited to announce the addition of a new feature to MemberNet that will open new opportunities for members to network and interact with other HVCB members – an online, searchable HVCB Member Directory.

The new searchable Membership Directory replaces the static printed directory, which was generally produced only once per year. The Directory is now live and constantly updated, and pulls information directly from your membership listing.

Transform your membership listing into one that supports your company’s online marketing efforts. Each member may decide exactly what is included in their company description as well as the type of contact information they would like to share with other members in the online system. It is not about jargon or buzzwords, but using real words that real people use. Once you know how others describe you and how they find you, you can create a real statement that describes what your company does. You want fellow members to click your website link because they want to find out more, not to find out the basics.

Next steps:

If you would like to edit your company information as it appears in the Membership Directory:

1. Log in to MemberNet.
2. Go to the Modify Publications area. There you will be able to edit the Member Directory publication specifically. Updates will appear in the live Directory once approved by your Membership representative.
